ON EXCHANGE

The Covered California Marketplace is a free service that offers affordable health plans to Individuals, Families and Small Businesses and is the best option for those who qualify for premium subsidies.

The Federal Continuous Coverage Requirement has ended, leaving many MediCal recipients ineligible for assistance. If you’re losing your 2023 MediCal coverage and need help enrolling through Covered California, let’s talk!

OFF EXCHANGE

Off Exchange health plans are available to enroll in directly through an insurance carrier. Enrollment is outside of a state’s health insurance marketplace. In California, it is known as the Covered California Marketplace.

If you’d rather enroll in a non-governmental health plan, it is very simple! All we need is your age and zip code and we’ll have a selection of plan options in seconds!

MEDICARE

Original Medicare only covers 80% of Medicare approved charges. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) or a Medicare Advantage Plan can help fill those gaps.

Your initial enrollment period with Medicare surrounds your 65th birthday. Outside of that, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period during the year, or Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period from October 15th to December 7th. Need a Medicare 101 refresher? Call me!
